I hate leftovers, and I’ve raised little bougie children who also hate leftovers. It’s not the leftover part it’s more

“the- eating-the-same-thing-again” part.  So I cook and experiment in the kitchen A LOT! I’m also a single mom with a full-time job and a crazy schedule. My secret to cooking fast and delicious meals are kitchen-gadgets!

I have a bit of a confession to make: I’m absolutely obsessed with kitchen gadgets. From air fryers to sous-vide machines and everything in between, there’s just something about these handy little devices that makes me feel like a true kitchen wizard.

Let me tell you about some of my favorites.

First up is my trusty air fryer. This little machine has revolutionized the way I cook everything from french fries to chicken wings. It uses hot air to cook food quickly and evenly, resulting in crispy, delicious dishes that are healthier than their deep-fried counterparts. I love using it to make sweet potato fries, and I even use it to make chicken breasts for salads and sandwiches.

If by any chance you haven’t caught on to the air frier craze and you’re interested in picking up an air fryer for yourself, I put together a list of air frier under $100 you can find on amazon.

Next on the list is my rotisserie machine. I’ll admit, this one might seem a bit extravagant, but hear me out. This machine is fantastic for cooking whole chickens, turkeys, and even roasts. The meat comes out juicy and tender, with a crispy exterior that’s absolutely delicious. Plus, it’s so much easier than trying to turn a roast or chicken by hand!

I have a super easy recipe here you can check out:  Simple Easy rotisserie chicken recipe your family will love

If you’re interested in a rotisserie machine, I recommend the Ronco Showtime Rotisserie. It’s easy to use and comes with everything you need to get started.

Moving on to my sous-vide machine. If you’re not familiar with sous-vide cooking, it involves sealing food in a vacuum-sealed bag and cooking it in a water bath at a precise temperature. The result is perfectly cooked food that’s evenly cooked all the way through. I love using my sous-vide machine for everything from steak to salmon, and even eggs.

If you’re interested in trying sous-vide cooking for yourself, I recommend the Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker. It’s affordable, easy to use, and comes with a handy app that’s full of recipes and tips.

Next up is my crockpot. This is one of my all-time favorite kitchen gadgets, especially during the colder months. I love being able to toss a bunch of ingredients into the pot in the morning and then come home to a delicious, hearty meal at night. Some of my favorite crockpot recipes include chili, pulled pork, chicken and dumplings.

If you’re interested in picking up a crockpot for yourself, I recommend the Hamilton Beach 6-Quart Slow Cooker. It’s affordable, easy to use, and has a large capacity that’s perfect for families or meal prep.

Another meat gadget that comes in handy is the ChefsTemp Pocket Pro Digital Thermometer It is always a safe practice to measure your meat’s internal temperature to make sure it is cooked well.

Moving on to my meat cutter. This gadget might seem a bit niche, but if you’re someone who loves to cook meat at home, it’s a game-changer. It makes it so much easier to slice meat evenly and thinly, which is great for things like stir-fries, fajitas, and sandwiches.

If you’re interested in picking up a meat cutter for yourself, I recommend the Cuisinart Electric Meat Slicer. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and can slice meat as thin as you like.

Last but not least are my juicers and blender. I have three different juicers (a citrus juicer, a centrifugal juicer, and a masticating juicer) and a high-speed blender. I love using them to make fresh juices, smoothies, and even nut milk. I can  Enjoy Homemade Plant-Based Milk in Minutes with the Nutr Machine from thenutr.com

I have a blender, an individual cup ninja, a kuving juicer I just got so the verdict is still out on that one. I haven’t used it enough to form an opinion yet but

If you’re interested in picking up a juicer or blender for yourself,  the Breville Juice Fountain Elite for a centrifugal juicer is a good one, the Breville Juice Fountain Elite for a centrifugal juicer, the Omega NC900HDC for a masticating juicer, and the Vitamix 5200 for a high-speed blender. They’re all fantastic machines that will help you create delicious and healthy drinks in no time.

Out of all the kitchen gadgets I have in my home the list contains

an air fryer, rotisserie machine, sous-vide, crockpot, meat cutter, juicer, blender, and milk maker… What do you have? Do you have the same stuff I have or more? Share your list with me!
